so,the Creation Kit will come tomorrow,right?and the Steam Workshop will upload the mods automatically to steam,("force upload")like the uptades.do we have to be online in order to use the kit?

The Creation Kit does not come out until sometime in January. Tomorrow is still December.

Nope, that is all optional. You won't be forced to do anything.

There was never an actual date given, only said that it would be released in January. Could be Jan 1, or Jan 31, we don't know.

You will have the option from within the toolset to package and upload your mod to the Steam Workshop, it is not automatic nor is it forced in any way. You will not have to be online to use the toolset, you can set steam to offline mode and it will work just fine.

 

or the kit will only be available through steam softwere?

Yes, you will need to get the toolset from Steam as that will be the only legal distribution method for the toolset.
