Wrye Bash Not Starting

I'm not sure what the deal is, but every time I attempt to open up the standalone version of Wrye Bash, I get the following error message:

 

 

No module named Tkinter

Traceback (most recent call last):

File "Wrye Bash Launcher.pyw", line 33, in <module>

File "bash\bash.pyo", line 379, in main

WindowsError: [Error 2] The system cannot find the file specified

The strangest part to me is that it has worked fine in the past. I recently installed a version of python to use for blender, could that be creating some sort of discrepancy? Is there a way to reconcile wrye bash, python, and blender?
