It really bothers me, thanks for any help, or could you give me a tutorial on how to fix it, in FO3 Its perfectly clean, and no I'm not looking at the dirty variant in New Vegas, the regular, prewar variant is dirty or grimy looking, could someone fix it, once again thanks!
