Issue with Plants floating/not showing plant stems

Hello there,

 

This is my first post on the forums, hope you are all doing well! I have been installing some environmental mods recently, and ran into this strange issue where only some of the plants float and seem to be missing their stems.

I tried deactivating all my environment related mods but the issue still seems to be happening.

I am also attaching a picture of the issue with the problem highlighted by red boxes. Hopefully its not too hard to see.

Let me know if I should also provide any sort of ini files. I am not using an ENB (yet). and I am running latest Skyrim with newest SKSE and all DLC.
