Issues with Examine command

So, I'm a complete newbie to using mods, and I went a little bit overboard. Silly me.

 

When I play now, I can't examine anything. I can interact with characters, but not objects. Whenever I right-click on anything (other than a person) the "hmm" subtitle appears over my character's head, but nothing else happens. I can't open doors or loot anything.

 

I have NO IDEA what I'm doing.

 

Please help?

Neither do we, since you didn't provide a list of the mods you're using...
