Missing texture/falling through landscape

Im having an issue im thinking is probably from a mod. Ive uninstalled my texture mods so im a bit confused as to where to go from here. Im having this issue underneath the Heljarchen Farm mod and also the lakeview manor hearthfire house is clipping into the ground in certain places.
