What not to include in merged patch?

I'm using (TWPC) WMK-UUF3P-FWE Patch and UUF3P-FWE Patch together. Are they redundant with each other and do I need to include the two of them into my merged patch?

Basically after going thru the logs: (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/ajax/modchangelog/?id=21671&randomcode=423076&gid=120) of which shows the problems encountered, what you ask is no easy task, there can be no automated resolve.

 

IF there is an issue, some tangible that can be acted upon, some one might look into it BUT, it requires full disclosure, load order and you can not have any other mods installed that will also interfere with a result.

 

RED: means automated over rides which can effect what the patch was designed to do in the first place.
