SSE 2 Mod Requests, please? Simple I think?

It was a dark and stormy night and being 62 and dead tired at running " Warp Speed ", with my grandchildren over the Thanksgiving Holiday ... I posted this in the wrong forum.

I keep waiting for a Civil War Clean Up, mod - that restores, Whiterun - Solitude - Windhelm back to original set up after the civil war.

I do not want to start that, and leave the Town's broken down.

Rant - Why Beth did not take the time to include this is beyond me? People will always rebuild ... it's our nature.

Second:

Solaf - the trader in the Falkreath General Goods Store: Gray Pines Good.

I have yet, since 2012, when I started this game, to understand, when player becomes "friendly" with Solaf, he keeps repeating this stupid line:

"Steal anything from my shop and you'll regret it."

Is they anyone that would be willing to create a simple mod that makes it so this most stupid line is NOT said anymore?
