Fallout 4 Random CTD's at any time

I've been having this more and more lately and due to the fact that I dont do any kind of scipting or programming I don't understand the logs that CTD's make.
These crashes are completely random: they can happen in any place, at any time, they can occur 5 minutes into gameplay or after playing for 2 hours.

I've added a few logs I've had.

All help would be appreciated.

My specs:

Motherboard- ASRock H77 Pro4-m

GPU- MSI Radeon RX 480 8GB

CPU- Intel Core i5-3570

8 and 4GB sticks of some generic ram

Thanks!

EDIT:

As you might've guessed I'm using NMM and it's auto load order.

My game is modded quite heavily.

I added a screenshot of my NMM plugins and mods

How heavily modded is our fo4? Depending on how much script using mods you have installed, this is a fairly common issue which can't be fixed unless you uninstall those mods (and you probably should start a new playthrough because the scrips will remain in your savegame and will still cause ctd's) alternatively you can just start a new game but then sooner or later the ctd's will return...

I hope this helps you at least a little bit ;)

I added a screenshot of my NMM plugins and mod, I hope it's a bit more informative.

~15 mods doesn't count as "heavily modded" come back when you have around 100+ mods installed :P but to help you with your problem, the only mods is see being a problem are Valdacil's Item Sorting or True Storms, with wich i have experienced some CTD's. Because of this I'm not using those mods any more. (I use Vivid Weathers and Bhaal's Better Sorting). But that is just wild guessig. Can you specify when those CTD's are happening (e.g when opening your inventory or when fastraveling) or if they are happening randomly? Also interesting would be how much playtime you have on your current savegame, because older savegames tend to be more "instable".

I also used True Storms for a long time and always had random CTDs with it. I finally stopped using it and my game became a lot more stable. I assume that's because I have a lower end video card though and I think that mod is vram intensive.
