kurosawaftw7
Okay. Northland Diggers and Scrap Dead Things worked before in my 200+ hour previous game, so I'm not sure why'd they cause problems now. Also, what are Injection scripts and how do I use them? damanding
You don't use injection scripts, the mod author who added items to leveled lists needs to use them in their mod for better compatibility. Your option is to do merged patches for incompatible mods. I didn't think mods with incompatible leveled lists would cause CTDs on startup, I thought it was a matter of whichever one is lowest in the list wins, but maybe they are. This video shows you how to find and fix incompatible weapons mods as an example. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c3YX4UeuqmM As for Northland Diggers, it hasn't been updated since July and it's entirely possible that recent game updates are starting to break the way it does things. It's currently an essentially abandoned mod. The comment above about Scrap Dead Things is also correct, you don't need it with Scrap Everything. kurosawaftw7
I tried what was shown in the video and it still CTDs in the same manner. Do I just do that with weapon mods, or other mods that might be leveled? Do I have to disable all the esps from the individual mods that have been put together into the merged patch? Also, should I post my hardware specs in case that has something to do with it? Thanks for the help so far.
kurosawaftw7
I have tried downloading patches and messing around with load order combinations. So far, no luck.
kurosawaftw7
Okay so I figured out how to properly setup a merged patch in Fo4edit, but I was wondering what I do about new calibers. Some of the leveled items in new calibers show up red. Do I add them to the new merged patch for my weapons mods or do something else?
