Cut content - scopes

Poking around in scopemenu.swf with JPEXS flash decompiler, there are some really interesting reticles...there's even an animated one that most likely was for the institute weapon scopes...anyone experienced enough in flash reckon they could bring these back? A cut weapon mods restored but for scopes?I'
