[LE] Can minimum light radius errors cause crashes?

So light radius' have a 20 unit minimum but I have a handful of lights set to as low as 12.5 and the CK is throwing warnings about them (they just are small intense lights glowing around a ring or making a small sphere object look emissive). And while I have had no problems with it, there is an unexplained crash in one of my cells that a few people have reported but I haven't been able to replicate, could this be a cause?

 

I have already debugged all the meshes in the cell and they are all fine and the scripts running in the cell OnCellAttach() are working fine, so it's sort of a perfect storm scenario which I'm looking for any leads on.

Well if it were consistently crashing because of it yes, but like I explained; IF it can cause a crash it seems inconsistent as having nifs with repeated name blocks; it doesn't cause crashes for everyone. I suppose the only real way to test may be to give the ref ID's for the lights to the people having consistent crashes and have them disable them via console and try to go inside. May end up having to do that
