noriinu
Decided to play some Fallout 3 at work, installed it, grabbed a million mods, started playing and realized everything worked fine except the unsettler hair style seemed to clip through the forehead of any character that has it. I assumed it was a mod, turned them all off, still had the same issue, so I totally deleted every mod and the game itself then did a fresh install only to find that the unsettler hair style still does it totally vanilla. Out of curiosity I installed it on my desktop and it looks perfectly normal, it's just that for some reason on this computer that one single solitary thing does not display right and I don't even know where to begin to look for a solution so I'm hoping someone here might know what direction to point me in. It's just so random, EVERYTHING works perfectly except that one hair style. And it's the one I use. Google searches turned up absolutely nothing for the record. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's like, clipping through the forehead and so wide it doesn't totally touch the head on the sides. I'm really confused.

noriinu
There is no load order, this is without even the DLC. Just totally standard Fallout 3 not even launched with FOMM. It's the weirdest problem I have ever seen. I hate even asking for help on a forum I have never used but it's just... so random. I mean if I read someone complain of this issue I would assume they're dumb and doing something fundamentally wrong but I've been running mods in 3, NV, Skyrim and some others for years. This issue is just totally kicking my ass. Thanks for the filenames though, that can at least give me somewhere to poke around. Whole thing makes 0 sense. I am going to ask you a questions, what OS and where is the game installed at? The exact path? What are you using to run the game with? From where?. noriinu
Windows 7 64-bit, it's installed in C:/users/null/Fallout And I have this problem just using FalloutLauncher from the main folder, as well as with FOMM. It's a thinker, huh? I really appreciate you trying to help. Edited November 30, 2016 by noriinu

noriinu
I don't even have a games folder there, should I try just making one and installing there or letting it go into program files like it wants to by default? Starting over is no big deal, I've done this enough where I can get through it pretty quick.
