Missing textures issue

So I recently tried out the Open Cities Skyrim mod as well as the Skyrim Sewers 4 (I got the compatibility patch as well), I decided later that it wasn't for me and so I uninstalled the Mods and deleted them from my hard drive. I started a new game because I knew the old saves wouldn't work anymore but then when I started this happened....

I'm not sure if this matters but there also a few things I have bodyslide disabled and it has loose folder in my game files

 

 

Any help I could get would be greatly appreciated, my skyrim is currently unplayable and that's not the greatest.
