Personal "altered" save into a real mod?

Hello all!

New here, and hopefully this is a valid question that can be answered by all you veterns on here. :)

âSo, I have used the console commands to create a unique kind of guild hall and player home out of a cave in the vanilla game (no mods installed). Is it possible to take a save file and "snip" (?) a location and use that in the creation kit to make a location mod?

Any help is appreciated, as I'd like to make a release a few mods I hope others would like too.

Off the top of my head ... I'm afraid not. I also was unable to find anything on google for you due the the word "save" used with "Skyrim".

As of all the new versions that came out. Sadly it seems to have broken the internet on looking up anything to do with them words together.

I'm pretty sure however this can't be done at all. But, on the other hand once you get to know the Creation Kit. It's far easier to

create a mod like you're talking about then it is to do it with the console. If you were able to create a unique kind of guild hall

with the Console Mode the same thing could be done in 1/10th the time in the Creation Kit. Then you could save to a full blown mod.

Wow, I didn't realize the creation kit would be that much quicker. Its pretty confusing so far (but watching and reading the tutorials helps) and seems like a sharp learning curve. I actually did this type for my 360 and it plays on it (pretty cool lol).

Thanks for the info, much appreciated NexusComa. ^ ^
