cikada11 Posted November 30, 2016 Share Posted November 30, 2016 So recently I started learning about creature/armor skinning in 3dsmax and porting it to New Vegas this is new to me as I've only worked with weapons before. From what I understand I need my model and then a vanilla model of a creature whose animations etc it's gonna use. Which is where I run into a problem. I want to use the regular human skeleton/body animations/skin but I can't seem to find them anywhere. Any help? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
DrakeTheDragon Posted December 1, 2016 Share Posted December 1, 2016 Have you tried looking into the game's BSA archive (is it "... meshes.BSA" for NV as well?) with a BSA browser tool, a common mod manager's utilities, or something similar already? The game's original assets are always stored inside the archives. Only very select few types come unpacked inside the data folder's subfolders already when it ships. Most of the subfolders mods commonly use are initially missing in a fresh game installation as well for that very reason. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
