Can someone make the breton knight armor from eso?

I understand doesn't look lore friendly, but with a couple of adjustments this could really go well with a stealth build. I'm not very good with modding so, I came here to ask for your help.

I feel like my suggestions with probably make this a bit more lore friendly.

1. Cut the Long strip of cloth between the crotch and hood on the cape

2. Instead of Knives add a Bullet belt

3. Try to make the chest plate and shoulder pads attachable with other armors

4. Try to have the coat flow with the wind

 

NewerMind43 had made this armor for skyrim and i love using it and to have a lore friendly one in fallout would be great
