Unable to interact with anything in skyrim

Hi all, Wondering if i could get some help please ?

 

I decided to Install Skyrim Special edition and add some mods first time iv used mods on skyrim. Was playing on one save for about 6 hours I added some mods about 2 hours in and it was fine i then decided to do the dawnguard quests and after then i started getting problems one of which was after i met serana and completed the quest in Dimhollow Crypt and harkon turned me into a vampire i noticed serana wasnt in the castle so went back to Dimhollow Crypt and found her there saying "yes" all the time. I loaded up numerous saves no luck. Decided id leave dawnguard for now and do other quests see if it fixes itself later on.... then i kept getting "You cant use that while in combat message" I then decided to start a new save from scratch thinking it's because i installed mods mid game. Started a new game and just got to riverwood and now all i get is ""You cant use that while in combat message"

 

Not sure what to do, Was working for 4 hours with the mods until serana glitched out then whole game had melt down. I think i did tell her to wait accidentally in Dimhollow Crypt and then tell her to follow again. Iv searched google for past hour trying to find answer but no luck so hope someone can help : )

Read Relationship Dialogue Overhaul's page for load order priority and maybe move it down some. Not sure if that will help, but worth a try.

Thank you for your help,I Deleted all the mods in the end and reinstalled them one by one then used loot to sort them out which it did this time and it changed "Relationship Dialogue Overhaul" Lower down also i removed couple of mods and it seems to of fixed the "You cant use that while in combat message"Haven't tested the dawnguard quest line but i get the feeling it will work as couple of the mods i got rid of are Serana hood fix and i think the other was a vampire hood fix to stop effects when your clothed from the sun. Loading times have improved too.

 

However i have one other problem and this one im not sure what to do searched google for answer see if anyone else has had the problem but no luck for some reason my bookshelfs and chests have changed colour..lol ? Iv removed the texture mods but still having the same problem.

Purple textures sometimes are indicating that they are missing files. Perhaps at one time you had a mod that altered them or alters them right now and should be reinstalled or the files removed from your skyrim folder. If I had to guess, Alternatively, you may try installing Static Mesh Improvement mod and sort it with LOOT, see if that fixes things.
