Popular mods hidden from list when logged in

When I'm logged in, some mods are hidden, especially really popular ones. For example, if I'm not logged in, Armorsmith Extended is the first mod to show up for fallout 4, but if I am logged in, the first (non-adult) mod that shows up is true storms. I've tried fiddling around with the filters, but I haven't been able to figure out how to prevent mods such as that from being hidden. I can still find them by googling them, but I don't want to miss any mods that I might really enjoy because they don't show up if I'm logged in. Does anyone know how (if possible) to fix this?

The inclusion/exclusion filters you set for a search aren't the only thing filtering out certain results.

Check these two pages for a start, and check them both, I mean it:

http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/users/tagpreferences/?

http://www.nexusmods.com/games/users/tagpreferences/

Don't go by memory alone, saying you never blocked any, as it hasn't worked for an abundance of people with the same problem so far. Actually check these first, you might be surprised what you will find.

Oh, and, do me a favor and report back, if you find it's not blocked in FO4's prefs but in the main site page's it is, because I'm still trying to figure out what that page actually is for and whether the tags on this somehow override/mix with the individual game sites' ones perhaps.

Thanks very much DrakeTheDragon, your suggestion fixed the problem for me. It would appear that the main site's blocked content options are like a "master" blocked list. I unblocked everything on both, then blocked a couple things on master, and when I checked the Fo4 blocked list those things were blocked in that list. Either that, or there's no difference between the two pages. Thanks again for the help!

I think the problem was that nexus automatically blocked languages other than my primary one, and that inadvertently blocked mods with multi-language support. It'd be nice if blocking a tag for another language didn't block a mod if it's also tagged for a language you haven't blocked.

And thank You for reporting back to me with this!

The main site's prefs are definitely not the same as the individual game sites' prefs, there's even different tags on most, but the main site's working as a sort of master for all the game site's ones, is definitely most valuable knowledge important to keep in mind when another member pops up with questions like this.
