So i had SkyUI and it was too slow because it needed SKSE (got it now) so i removed it, got an error saying that some mods in my save were not there, and could cause a problem, i just pressed yes, continue.

Skyrim crashed, i downloaded it again and now even when loading it with SKSE does NOT fix the screen...

1. You really should use LOOT, especially if you don't know sorting order for your mods.

2. Whenever you delete or move a mod it can cause issues. Skyrim bakes scripts into your game, so when your skyrim goes and looks for that file and it is no longer there, it can cause issues. There is a utility that cleans your save files. I think it's called somehting like script cleaner or something. I've never used it and it isn't perfect, but it may help.

3. I would suggest whenever you move or delete mods, you start a new game.

4. If you are getting into modding and don't know what you are doing, I suggest you watch this series:
