Arrows are off in third person view?

When I go into third person and shoot an arrow, the arrows land as follows:

-If the target is close, arrow lands on the bottom of crosshair

-If target is medium range (the distance of almost half the length of a dragon, landed. Length as in from mouth to the curved tail), the arrow lands almost (key word almost) in the center of the crosshair, but close enough.

-If target is far far far away (in Solitude, there is a big stretch of road from the castle to the jarl's building. That far), the arrow lands about a third of an inch to the upper left of the crosshair.

I use the mod that make arrows get affected less by gravity and also changed the arching values to compensate for the lowered gravity effect. So instead of

f1PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.7

f3PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.7

these values work for vanilla arrows, with no change on the effect of gravity on the arrow.

I have

f1PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.35

f3PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.35

Anyway, my arrows hit DEAD ON in first person. It only deviates about 1/6 of an inch down when I fire at a target "far far far away." Considerably good, almost like a cross-bow.

But, in third person, as i've described, the arrow doesn't hit the center. This means that the camera is probably not lined up with the arrow's flight path. Is there a way to fix this?

Im having the same issue. I have a video on my thread.

edit:

If you have a file.esp added in your skyrim data folder to make the arrows move faster, this is the issue. I just removed it and things are back to normal in third person view. Im downloading TESnip at the moment to open the esp file and see what I can do with it to have the ability to have the faster arrow mod but for it to work in third person view as it does in first person.

I took out the mod, change the skyrim.ini back to normal, and the problem still occurs. It just gets way exaggerated with the mod and the .ini edit when the arrows are moving in such a straight path and not arcing up like in default.

So this means that Bethesda didn't line up the third person camera so well. We'll need some modding to fix this.
