SarcasticDragon99
So, I'm bored okay? I recently started modding for Skyrim but I really am a beginner. And I'm not nearly advanced enough to create full fledged Quest mods and such. However, I want to. Being part of a mod development team sounds fun. I am a sci-fi author though, and I've been told my draft for my book is really good, and I write very quickly. What I'm hinting at is that I would love to help develop a story for any quest mods that are being developed. Like I said, I'm bored. So, if this post hasn't ruined my first impressions then please let me know if I can be of any assistance.
simtam
You're welcome. I have currently two underdeveloped story mods, with a scent of sci-fi, so far both on Skyrim Classic only. Brief Story at Time Wound - a request mod: adds a prerequisite, to gather a few Dragon Priest Masks before fighting Alduin. What is missing is a vision or something that explains at least why that is so and where to look for those masks. Neromancer - a short concept adventure inspired by J.Dukaj's "Ice" novel. It starts with looting from a dead body a magic journal that behaves like player's quest journal - it lists current objectives and completed quests, and updates them as they are met or failed. By taking it you inherit the last active quest of the dead man: to go into Blackreach and kill someone named "Glacius" there. However, that entity, hidden by layers of ice and frozen crystal, has the singular power to change quest objectives of passersby, which until now served well to ward off any enemies. As it finds out, PC is not so easily foiled... currently it effectively just helps player picking up the crimson nirnroot plants across Blackreach. Looking forward to hearing from you! ExoArchivist
Damn, beaten to it, but I'll throw my hat in the ring anyways. If you're looking for something a bit... shall we say... bigger in scope, something a little more ambitious, then you may want to check out the mod I'm project lead on, Great House Veloth.
