No quest markers with alternate start

So whenever I try to start a new character with alternate start, I get a lack of quest markers.

Load order is as follows:

skyrim

update

dawnguard

hearthfires

dragonborn

Unofficial skyrim special edition patch

Eli_Breezehome

Alternate start - live another life

 

I'm pretty stumped, and any help would be greatly appreciated,
