CTD While Building, Can't figure it out

Hey dudes and gals, for the life of me I can't figure out why I get random CTD's while in settlement building. It ONLY happens in building mode, nowhere else in the game, but anywhere within building (scrapping, going through the menu's, selecting an object, etc). I use Homemaker and I've tried to disable everything else that would also change anything remotely having to do with building but still get a random CTD. When I say random I mean it could happen as soon as I select an object, or it could happen 2 hours later after I've built a fortress, completely random and not connected to any specific item. Here's my load order:
