What's Wrong with My PC's Arm?

Hey everyone,

 

I was playing earlier this afternoon when I noticed something was wrong with my PC's arm when casting a spell in third-person view. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/607/screenshot0031a.jpg/

 

For the record, I am not using an body mods and this problem does not occur when I'm in a set of armor (such as DB shrouded armor). It only happens with this upper class outfit I'm wearing.

 

Any ideas what might be causing it? Or is this how the mesh normally looks? I suppose it's possible I never noticed, but I don't think that's the case.
