hyenahex
I just upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Using the same mods, same settings, same ENB that worked perfectly fine before, all still work except for when I use ENB the game runs at 0.1 FPS both in the main menu and in-game. This is true with the default v0.310 ENB installation, with no mods and default enblocal, skyrim and skyrimpref ini settings as well. As soon as I remove or rename d3d11.dll from my Skyrim SE root folder, the game runs perfectly. It doesn't crash and I can load the game. I can access the ENB menu and there is no error indication, and this is regardless of any settings I have changed including useeffect=false and usepatchspeedhackwithoutgraphics=true. I've been searching for an answer for hours and tried countless suggestions that I've found but nothing I've done seems to help. I have installed all the DX (11 and 9 just in case I have installed DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010)) binaries as suggested in previous posts. I have experimented with skyrim and enblocal ini settings. I have uninstalled all of my mods, and regenerated default ini settings. I have the latest drivers for both my graphics card (Radeon Crimson Edition 16.9.2) and integrated graphics which I also had before I updated with no issues. I have Skyrim SE set in the AMD profile manager. My rig is XFX 7970 Ghz Black Edition 3gig vrami7 2700K 3.50GhzAsus P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3Crucial Ballistix Elite 2x4 DDR3-1866 UDIMM I can't use an injector version with Skyrim SE because the ENB for it only comes with the wrapper version.Mod and ini list = https://modwat.ch/u/hyenahexHere are the enblocal changes I tried that did nothing;[MEMORY]ExpandSystemMemoryX64=false/trueDisableDriverMemoryManager=false/trueExpandSystemMemoryX64=3072ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=false/trueEnableUnsafeMemoryHacks=false/trueReservedMemorySizeMb=128EnableCompression=falseAutodetectVideoMemorySize=false Also I have removed a lot of crapware like Xbox from the default Windows 10 installation using Destroy Windows Spying, turned off Steam Overlay and made sure I'm not running any other programs with an overlay. I have also added the files as exclusions in Windows Defender. I don't have Fraps, Riviatuner, Raptr, any such program that has an overlay. Any help would be greatly appreciated. To reiterate I am currently using No Mods installed, Default Generated Skyrim.ini and Skyrimprefs.ini and default installation of ENB v0.310 with default Enblocal.ini Yet the problem persists. The posted settings are just to show what I have tried already. venom22677
The enb doesn't play well with AMD tech I have the same issue with mine for that reason Edited December 6, 2016 by venom22677
COMBATFUN
Check if all Windows 10 Updates are installed. But this sounds like a driver issue under Win 10 with ENB. Try the latest beta drivers if available and maybe also older drivers. Try running the Skyrim.exe in compatiblity mode for windows 7 with admin rights. If that doesn't help, there is nothing else you can do, but to wait for new drivers and a new ENB version. If you can't fix it, i would run reshade/sweetfx presets without ENB.
