HornedFrog12
Hello, I've been having a problem with random lag in special edition. My thought right now is just that my computer can't run the game with all of the mods I have, however there are times where it will work perfectly fine. Also a lot of times if I just Alt + Tab a few times then it will work, but entering areas or just sometimes at random moments, the lag gets so bad I can't play. I have tried uninstalling some of the big mods I was using but that didn't really help. Anyone have anything I can try to fix this issue? Also, if it's just my computer not being able to run it, tell me, but I have a pretty good computer that has never had lag problems before. Thanks. If you do not know how to do this and have NMM? Click the plugin tab and choose "Exsport the current load order" and paste it here. In the "good areas", what FPS do you get there average? Have you tried to disable all mods and run the game vanilla at those problematic areas?

I was just now getting 10 fps at the "bad times". Also, I don't know if this helps, but the lag goes away while in the pause menu but then comes back when I exit that. Vanilla Works fine. hard8
I had to stop using the mod Immersive Armors by Hothtrooper44 because it adds armors/clothes to the games NPC and that caused my game to slow down!.. I'm currently using the following armor clothes mods Common Clothes SE <------- mod is currently hidden mod author that ported it didn't get all original mod authors permissionDragonbone Ebonsteel Armor SE by DreoganNorthborn Fur Hoods by NorthbornUnenchanted Items by blazie151 oldrim mods I ran throw SSE NIF Optimizer for myself for SE Rough Leather Armor by atomecVagabond Armor by hothtrooper44Sword of the Ancient Tongues by Corvalho the SSE NIF Optimizer tool is way easy to use, easier to use then SSEEdit and loot, so you might consider looking at your favourite oldrim armors and clothes and run there nif mesh folder SSE NIF Optimizer tool
HornedFrog12
I don't think Immersive armors was the problem, it might be part of it but I'm still randomly dropping to 10 fps and I can't do anything to fix it now. It ran fine for about 10 mins.

goranpaa
I will look into your mod list tomorrow. It's pretty late now here in Sweden. But what worries me is if your GTX 680 comes with "only" 2 gb of VRAM? But there are a 4gb version too I see. 2 gb of VRAM is a too small amount of memory to cope in a modded SSE. Your FX CPU and amount of system RAM are ok. though. Download this computer hardware info tool. http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html It will tell you everything about the computers hardware. Edit. Well, if not any of your Skyrim classic mods are the guilty part? I do not think that you have any problems there. Especially, as you do not use any mod that seriously alter the landscape.
