CTD in Dragonsreach! Which mod is the problem?

I've been having a nice time exploring Skyrim again in the Special Edition on Steam! However I've run into a problem recently (like the 20th of November or so)... I get a CTD if I talk to either Jarl Balgruff or his steward which means I can't get Breezehome ATM. I have an idea that it's one of my mods that's the problem (maybe a coflict I never noticed or something), but because I have so many, I don't know which one it is and I'm not willing to do a "mod purge" as I call it (meaning I uninstall EVERY mod I have and then reinstall them one by one to root out the problem) because that's going to take FOREVER... but maybe you guys can help me! :smile:

 

And yes, before you ask, I made sure to update every mod I have. Even without CTDs, that's a good idea to do. And I know that it's not Open Cities either. Trust me, I checked. I also (as per LOOT's instructions) cleaned some things in SSEEdit.
