Especially since they overlooked it along with so many other things in the first place, such as the arrow crafting. I agree in half to the request, but really only the aesthetic part. I'd like to retain as much balance while modding the game as possible, ya know? I could imagine how sick dual wielding can get and then blocking on top of that. If that ability did exist, I would suggest that you'd have to sacrifice a perk for it.
