Updated Mod List CTD during startup. Please Help Load Order

Hello Forums,

 

I'm hoping someone can help me out. I've been playing modded games for a long time but Fallout 4 is my first big mod list since using the beast mode fallout NV mod list. I came back after a few weeks off and updated absolutely everything. All my mods are the latest versions, my script extender is the latest release, and I'm starting from a clean reinstall. I'm still having CTDs when I attempt to start a new game though. I run LOOT with any adjustments I make and it hasn't caught any conflicts. Please help me sort my mess out. I would really appreciate all the advice and feedback you can provide:

I looked through your mods and nothing really stands out. What I usually do when this happens is I'll will uncheck esp's in groups of 10 at a time and then start the game. When the game runs normally again start reactivating the esp's one at a time until you find the bad one.
