engelbert Posted December 3, 2016 Share Posted December 3, 2016 on the video it's his recording software. you can use steams inbuilt fps counter. Settings -> Ingame. or install msi afterburner + rivatuner statistics server (or a similar program), where you can monitor temps, clock and so on.
