RTS Simulator: NPC Manager / Army Builder

Would love a mod program where I can define large sets of AI's, set up their gear/health/equipment/flags etc en masse,

 

For example : Create x20 imperial soldiers, each set to be playerteammate, set to ignore friendly fire, set health to 1000, with stamina leach steel swords, imperial shield with health regeneration, etc

 

The NPC editor seems like it would be great for setting up heros/chamions for the army, I think this is the kind of thing you would want to have, but being able to create units of custom AI settings, not just individuals

 

Would also benefit from AI pathing and order improvements.

 

Traveling with large army is a pain because they travel single file, can they travel abreast when there is room for it?

Can AIs be set to favor their unit, so there are units traveling in clumps, instead of a random mass of characters?

Can units be told to hold position, so you can leave them to guard a keypoint like a bridge or gateway?

Is there a way to order a unit to attack a player targeted enemy/enemy unit?

Can enemy army's be spawned in a way they are spaced appealingly in units, far enough away to have an engagement distance, and still agro with the player/playerarmy?
