Skyrim "not responding" screen issue; Need help!

Hi, all! I am suffering from a "not responding" issue at every loading screen, and this happens whenever I use the SKSE option in Mod Organizer.
After roughly 5-15 minutes or so, the game will CTD and then I have to go through this again and again.
However, if I select the skseloader.exe option in the Skyrim directory, the game does not have this issue, but it does not have all of my mods as listed below (in the LOOT section).

I have researched this issue for the last 2 weeks, trying every fix I could think, such as installing Safety Load, Crash Fixes, Continue Game No Crash and OneTweak,
uninstalling and reinstalling Skyrim, deleting its ini files (Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini), installing ENB, verifying the integrity of the game cache,
restarting my computer, running LOOT, disabling all .esps and then re-enabling them, using SaveTool to clean the saves, using TES5Edit to clean the master files and
logging in and out of Steam.
I appreciate any and all suggestions I have not tried to resolve this issue. Thanks!

When you've disabled all of these mods, do you test on a new game?

I have disabled all of these mods on saves, but the issue still remains. I have not done so on a new game, but I will do so now. Will update on results shortly.

OK, on the first go around, it CTD before it even got to the character creation menu, but I saw that it was in windowed mode. I set it to run in fullscreen mode and so far, so good. No CTDs to speak of as of yet, but I still want to play with my mods though.

UPDATE: After having tested mods 3-5 at a time, checking the load order to ensure maximum compatibility, and then cleaning the save games I have, it does appear that this issue is resolved. Thanks very much, snelss0!
