CTD after approaching Oblivion Gate area in Kvatch

Hello there,

 

I recently ran into a conflict. I have started Oblivion new with the following mods in load order:

 

Mart's Monster Mod.esm

Natural Interiors.esm

Unofficial Oblivion Patch.esp

Unofficial Shivering Isles Patch.esp

Oscuro's_Oblivion_Overhaul.esp

Knights.esp

Enhanced Water v2.0 HD.esp

DLCShiveringIsles.esp

Natural Interiors - Cities.esp

Knights - Unofficial Patch.esp

Kobu's Character Advancement System.esp

Castle_Dunkerlore_V1.esp

Mart's Monster Mod.esp

Mart's Monster Mod - Additional Enemy NPC Vars.esp

Mart's Monster Mod - Diverse Imperial Armor.esp

Mart's Monster Mod - Hunting & Crafting.esp

 

 

Qarls Texture Pack and Immersive DarkUI are also used.

 

Martigens Monsters are version 3.53 and OOO is version 1.3.

 

OBMM: It seems there is an incompatibility with MMM and OOO since there are numerous conflicts found between the two. However, I don't know how to resolve them. Used to have a nifty tool for Total Annihilation with the conflict cruncher. Is there something like this for Oblivion, too??

 

WHEN DOES IT APPEAR: The CTD appears only short after getting to the top of the mountain where Kvatch lies. I can pinpoint it to the moment when the first Oblivion gate comes into view.

 

MMM Specific: There is an MMM for OOO esp which fails to load the game when activated.
