Suggested mods to use

Hello all! just recently got a good PC and decided to pick up Skyrim for it so i can actually use mods! I've had a taste of them on xbox one edition and, needless to say, I want more! I mainly stick to mods that add immersion and/or lore friendly content. Or that make the game feel more real in terms of combat and what not.

So what I'm looking for are the best graphics, texture and mesh improvement mods. For any face mods, they don't need to make the characters look flawless, just better and less blocky.
