Convert them with hkxcmd ( http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1797 ) to kf import in Max with NifTools plugin (you should have the corresponding Skyrim skeleton in the scene before importing kfs). Export with Havok exporter.

I have not yet tested the free Autodesk Mod Tool that also supports Havok exporter: http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/pc/item?id=13571257&siteID=123112

When I run the file from here http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1797 I get a black command prompt box appear for a split second then disappear again.

Am I missing something?

I have niftools for 3ds max and the havok content tools for artists for exporting in hkv format from 3ds max.

Not sure what the Intel SDK is though.. could some1 give me a link?

Sorry but I have 0 experience of using the command prompt, could u please explain how that's done?

also if you mean to use the command prompt box that appears when i click the .exe box, as i've said it disapears again so I can't. Just making sure you didn't miss that.

(I'm assuming you have Windows here)

Click the start button at the bottom left of your screen.

If there's a search box at the bottom, type cmd and hit enter. This is the command prompt.

If there is no search box, click on "Run..." Type in cmd and you should get the command prompt.

Now if you're familiar with moving around in DOS, you can go navigate to where your hkxcmd.exe file is and run it from there. If not, here's an example:

Let's say you put hkxcmd.exe in c:\hkxcmd\ and you extracted the skyrim - animations.bsa into c:\skyrim\skyrim - animations\

You'll get into the c:\hkxcmd directory by typing:

cd c:\hkxcmd

From here your prompt should look like C:\hkxcmd\> One of the things hkxcmd does is covert hkx files into a different kind of hkx file. To do this, type:

hkxcmd convert "c:\skyrim\skyrim - animations"

I think this corresponds with #3 in the hkxcmd readme, but I'm not sure because I'm not at home right now.
