I've watched the tutorials on creating a bashed and merged patch and fully understand what to do. However, I'm not sure which one should be above the other. The author in the tutorial describes a merged patch, as a pre-bashed patch and says to run the merged patch above the bashed patch. Problem is, I've seen others... that are adept at modding, running the merged patch below the bashed patch. I tried switching them back and forth and can't really see any difference when I run a conflict report in FO3Edit. I've been running the bashed below the merged and my game is stable, so I'm just curious if it really does matter. I mean, the way you create the merged patch to run with a bashed patch, make them separate from each other, so in that sense... it shouldn't really matter. I mean, unless you need the bashed patch to run lowest, since it has all the leveled lists. I dunno... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
