[LE] Custom armor works fine everywhere except ingame

This is my first endevour into making a custom armor, and using Nifskope, the Creation Kit and Vanilla assets, I made an attempt to make a briarheart-esque custom armor. After spending a day fiddling around with Nifskope and working things out, I was ready to import my first Custom mesh into the CK and after double checking how it looked in the preview renderer window i was happy to run Skyrim and test it in game. Needless to say it was an abomination. Half of the armor didn't even show up and didnt wrap properly around the body.
