Another CTD on save issue - May have something to do with Arissa follower mod

This problem seems to be fairly common as I've browsed through a plethora of threads on CTD on save. However none of the solutions I've tried have worked, including the load old save and kill, then load new save and kill method which has worked for most people, as well as the clean save file tool (which had nothing to clean).

The issue seemed to have developed out of nowhere as I've made no mod changes recently or tweaked any settings etc and happened as I entered into the city Riften and then a pub, from which I can't exit due to CTD on save. I have noticed, though, that before entering Riften my follower Arissa started acting up, with non-stop dialogue (maybe a glitch with asking her about what she knows about the place?). Prior to that I also performed error recovery on Arissa (summoned her to my side) and used the summon follower function (for my other follower Sofia). Idk if this has anything to do with it but I had done this only prior to that problem occurring.

Any suggestions? I cannot continue to play with this problem.

EDIT: Even after turning off all auto-save options i still get CTD on area transition.

Update: Game magically fixed itself the next day o_O.

Good that it fixed itself, but looking at your load order, there are some things I'd mention.

1. Dance of Death is outdated. I'd use Violens.
2. FNIS and your Animations should load right up above your skeleton in load order. They seem to work better there at the end of your list.
3. You have ELFX Weathers and Climates of Tamriel, a big no no. I'd reinstall ELFX and disable the weathers.esp. CoT is particular when it comes to other weather mods or things affecting the weather.
4. Make sure you've put the proper priority in install order for SMIM. He has a list of mods you have that should load in certain orders.
