Getting a house in the wilderness somewhere?

Hey everyone, I'm dissapointed in the houses that are available for purchase on Skyrim, not because they arent well done but because there arent any in the woods or by a beach or even in a swamp somewhere... I know this is no big surprise but I was still hoping they would be in the game :)

 

Anyway, does anyone know if there is a console command to make chests or other containers in NPC's houses belong to the player? I killed Anise, a witch in the forest, and I would like to live in her house, however I'm scared to put any valuable items in containers there because on Oblivion I remember them disappearing. I have tried testing it myself and my items aren't disappearing yet, but I just know once I put my good items in there and leave they will be gone forever -_-

 

Or if anyone knows a secret house in the wilderness somewhere they would like to tell me about I would be very appreciative!
