LE Nord Hero Armor

Hi everyone, happy new year at first!

 

I like the ancient nord armor very much (both male and female version), so I'm wishing a standalone lore-friendly mod with the models of the set.

 

As we all know, the "Nord hero" version weapons look cleaner and finer, they also have higher damage and less weight.

In a word, they are the upgraded version.

 

And my idea is........

then why only weapons?

 

What the mod exactly do:

- Add two sets of Nord Hero Armor into the game: Nord Hero Armor and Nord Hero Light Armor

- Only craftable at skyforge and after finishing the companion questline

- Both set looks cleaner and newer than "Ancient" version

- Slightly higher armor rates and maybe better armor/weight ratio

- The Light Armor version is weights less but it's also weaker

Well, if you look at the Ancient Nord Armor the Draugr wear, it's all dirty, nasty, and ancient looking, like the Ancient Nord weapons. You can't even take the armor from the Draugr because it's freaking disgusting, but the craftable Ancient Nord Armor is clean and new looking. The way I see it, the Draugr's armor is more or less the Ancient Nord Armor, whereas the armor you can craft at the Skyforge is more like Nord Hero Armor. As far as making new armor goes...all I can do is mediocre texture work, and this thread doesn't look like it's going to get any more attention than this one reply.
