Fallout NV cell shading + Anime Style overhaul? Is that even possible?

Hello Forum.

So yeah, I was browsing the Forum and saw that some people like to use Anime Avatars as their characters. For me those characters seem to be kinda out of place when they stand in the vanilla Mojave Desert. So I was daydreaming a little.

 

I browsed youtube a little and came across this:

 

Sure, this is from Fallout 4 but I think it is kinda cool. Now I was daydreaming even more and still am. So what if Fallout 3, NV, 4 or even Skyrim would kinda look like this?:

 

 

As you probably can guess right now I am a huge Zelda fan and I am hyped as hell for Breath of the Wild!

 

So what do you think, would it be possible or even look good if Fallout or Skyrim would be able to look like this? Sure Fallout should get a lot less green and stuff but in my head it looks cool.

 

I just wanted to throw my thoughts out there and am eager to read your opinions on that.

If possible, would you want to play Fallout/Skyrim with those visuals?

I remember a pretty decent cell shader (had a pic of little buster), but I couldn't locate it. Here is a link to ZX cell shader, which has a different style but is the closest I could find.

 

But yeah, cell shading could be a fun addition to NV
