Unidentified Health glitch

First of all, english is not my native language, so please forgive me if there are any grammar errors.

 

So, I just deleted all previous saves and started a new game, with new mods of course, and I got this weird bug that decreases my health over time. It appears to be just when I'm in an outside cell and it starts with -1 point of health. For example, my current health is 155, after spending some time outside, it decreases to 154, then after some time to 150, 149, 145 and so on. I have no idea what could have caused this.

 

To be more specific: No negative effects that decrease health appears on the abilities menu; healing doesn't work, although I noted that when healing and quickly going to the skills menu the health bar is at its fullest, but when stop healing it shows 154/155; I'm not a vampire; I'm not a werewolf; this occurs APPARENTLY only outdoors; before installing the new mods for this playthrough I did not had this problem.

Does anyone experienced this before? Can anyone help me, please?

 

Edit: Solved it by placing Frostfall earlier on the load order. A bit strange, but it worked.
