Is there anyone who could alter this mod a bit? - Tribunal Return

I really love the concept of this mod for roleplaying a Temple character, but I -don't- like that it must be activated after you complete the Tribunal quest.

 

Is there any talented modder out there up for modifying this a bit? I'm thinking something along the lines of just completely removing the Tribunal main quest from the game when activated, or something to that effect, while keeping the changes (especially the living Sotha Sil) intact.
