Savre Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 Greetings all, I'm new here and to mods as I've never really had a decent computer until recently. I have to small questions I hope people can help me out with. 1) Which water mod is the best or highly recommended. There are quite a few so I was hoping people could give me some advice on which ones to look at. 2) How can I reduce pop-up. It doesn't occur that often but when it does its quite obvious. I'm trying to make a small film thus I'd like the graphics to be as smooth as possible when capturing. I'm playing on Ultra settings except with Shadows on High because Ultra tends to make my fps drop below 60. Thnx. Although i think it's save to say that the better ones include wave foam and water sprays... Personally i think these 3 do a great job at improving water: 1. Immersive water 3 - http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3068 2. Alternate HQ water - http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1095 3. RTW. Realistic water textures - http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=711 And a nice addition: 4. the sounds of nature: Water - http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4226 Have a look and take the one you think is best, since i don't think it's wise for us to make that choice for you :P Edit: Right, the pop-up stuff...Not sure how to counteract that.. maybe making sure GPU drivers are up to date, and maybe trying Skyrim ENBSeries to solve graphical bugs because Skyrim doesnt really seem to like ATI cards that much.. In this version code from AntiFREEZE patch implemented to increase stability. A lot of different bugfixes and changes.
