Looking for a destruction magic increase mod

I am looking for a mod to increase destruction magic damage, that simply increases the damage bonus from the "Augmented" perks. Something in the range of 25-50% increase for each rank of the chosen spell type. I have seen some mods, like Better Magic that try to resolve these problems, but I am looking for a much more simple approach to the issue.

 

I would do it myself, but have no clue how without the CK. if someone could tell me step by step how to do it, that would be fine. Or if the mod exists and I haven't seen it, a link would be wonderful :)
