Help required with NMM symlink files after reinstallation

Greetings.

 

My story is:

I decided to format my OS so I moved everything I wanted to keep to my secondary HDD.

Afterwards I reinstalled NMM (Nexus Mod Manager) and even though I still have the VirtualInstall folder with all its contents the old symlink files are pointing to the old and now nonexistent location.

I tried shortcut batch update software but it seems not to work with these kind of files so I was wondering whether anyone else had had this issue or knew a workaround to it.

Actually, nevermind. Just dragged-and-dropped everything into the Data folder.
