LE retexture black robes to copy te Greybeard robes with shout cooldown r

I love using shouts in this game, but being Dragonborn, I feel that I should be able to shout as often as a dragon, especially since my voice is stronger than Alduin's. In the chest in front of High Hrothgar, there should be a set of those robes that look almost exactly like the robes the Greybeards' (along with a hood). The robes and hood (if they are separate) should also have an enchantment on them to reduce cool down between shouts by 45% each or 90%. The idea behind 90% is to not make the Amulet of Talos too useless. Also they should not be able to be disenchanted just to keep things a bit more fair. I don't think this is too cheap because they would provide no bonus to magic skills or warrior skills, and the only armor you would have on are boots and bracers. And when trying too sell them, they should have the same value as regular unenchanted robes because nobody in the except the Greybeards would understand what they do. Of course once you take them out of the chest they will respawn every two days in game. These should only be available after the main quest line

 

I hope I don't sound too pushy with this mod, I would be very grateful if this mod gets made. It would be pretty cool to slow time, freeze an enemy to my right, kill a guy to the left by shouting fire at him, then do back to the other guy, use the weakening shout at him, and finish him by using frost breath or something.
