Unable to find clothing mod for attribute changes

Hello,

i was wondering if there is a mod with which i can change or transfer the effects of clothing in fallout 4.

For example i have a Lab Coat which gives you +2 on intelligence, but i like the visual of the Dirty Army Fatigues much better. But they give you +1 agility and +1 strength.

So what i would like to have is dirty army fatigues with +2 on intelligence, but i haven't found a mod which lets me change that.

 

Does anybody know if someone allready had a similar idea and made a mod for that?
