more stuff to spend money on

well i'm still going through my first playthrough of TES Skyrim and at the moment i don't really care about money because i'm doing the standard hero saving the world kind of thing. i have my plan though for when i'm done with this character (which will still take a while) that i want to make a shadier dude so i can do the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood lines. thing is - when you're a bad dude - what's the point unless you just like to kill out of sport. i want a character who wants to get rich and successful and will empty peoples' homes at night to get there. maybe i've missed some obvious stuff but other than a couple of houses, horses and shop investments there's not really anything to buy? i've stopped bothering to sell all my loot with my main character because it's just more convenient to stash it in my home since i'm already swimming in doubloons.

so, yeah, maybe more collectible and randomly generated stuff to buy from fences, expensive (and maybe historic) weapons and armour bought from other collectors in the game, slaves, prostitution, drugs...

throwin' a couple ideas out there. anybody else interested in something like this? maybe somebody with the know-how of this kind of thing?

I'm having this problem as well. Playing a Thief/Assassin character, I have more Septims than I know what to do with.

There's no point in stealing/pickpocketing anymore.

It's funny you should bring up the subject of prostitution because there is a mod for that: Animated Prostitution - Skyrim (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10748)

Of course, only use this if you want pornographic content in your game.

I haven't tried this mod for Skyrim yet but I used it in Fallout 3 (Not saying the Skyrim version is identical to the FO3 version. In Fallout 3 It was a way to make/spend money and also had a fun little quest where you had to recruit girls to work for you. When it comes to drugs and slaves, I really have no idea. I searched on the Nexus but didn't come across anything interesting.

Nevertheless, I still have too much money and nothing to spend it on. This has become a real problem and I would like it resolved. If anyone has any more mod suggestions, don't hesitate to share.

If you buy Hearthfire I assure you that you will spend tons of money!

Even if you get Dawnguard you will have stuff to do!

There is mods on Nexus & Steam who adds meny new stuff to buy, and you will not have money left if you get some of them.

And one more thing, you need to write with more space.

It becomes 100 times easier to read!

Also - this is slightly not what you wanted, but may help. Try out the mod balance your own game here on nexus. It effects a few different things based on your settings - xp gain (increase or lower it by 25%, probably up to -100% (l don't THINK you level with that setting), prices - again 25% better or worse, not sure how far it goes in either direction, and even stealth effect. Ie how good your sneak skill is.)

Anyway, I hope it helps, I have mine set i think at...25% lower prices so i have to work a LOT harder to buy my houses.

phitt's alchemy mod lowers the prices of potions so that money isn't as easy to make, too. Does a few other things tho, so you'll have to read the description.
